WALT - Plan my recount carefully so I am clear about what I am writing and why .
How we were waiting .
When we finished lunch time we had to go in to our line where it says 10 year old boys. We had to wait for the little kids to go and do their Cross Country run and then we had to wait in the hot sunny day until we go called out and I said ‘ finally ‘ and then we went .
About how tired i was .
When we started I sprinted to the bottom of the field . After I got tired and started to slow down but as I went past the seniors people were cheering for me and I had are little giggle and then I started to sprint .
As I got halfway I got tired and started to walk then as I went pass Mr Marks I sprinted and then I overlapped Peh so and we started to go the same speed . But suddenly as I got to
the end me and Louis had a race to the end and I just beat him by a meter . Racing someone
When I was running I saw Louis’s dad cheering and I knew that the was at the back of me. So i started to sprint and the was catching up to me and i tried my hardest , me and Louis nearly came a tie .
