Special time with friends or class mates

Yesterday after morning tea we had a special fun day, but none of us knew what the fun day was going to be. We walked In to change into our P.E gear. When we all finished I  strolled into the street for a quick heads up on the fun day. We had talked about all the great stations that we a going to go too. Rapidly everyone had to go into your rooms because we had suddenly all been split into A and B teams.

First we had been given a little chart for  which station we will be attending first. Me and my group of 5 travelled to class 2 for brain bust.Mrs Clark was waiting for us.There were some tricky questions that needed participaction and teamwork. Carefully me and my group members solved out 2 questions, but the last one we needed help. It seemed to be a mathematical question. It looked easy but when mrs clark explained it , we didn't know a thing. “ Times Up guys ” said Miss clark. We gave our remaining answers to Miss clark and dashed to the next station.

Then we got your next station which looked very fun which was the photo booth which was runned by Mrs Tele’a. She gave us instructions and then she sent us away we maybe have went to the best place, In the green room. there was heaps of costumes to dress In too. It took us a while to find the right costume. When we dressed into it Ana and Angelina came In to take our photo. There were 3 shots we had to take. first one was a smile one , second one was a serious one and then the last one was a crazy one. Then without remembering we had to do a made up one. We had no clue what we we're gonna do so we just did a superman one. Once our time was up we had to get change and walk to your following station

Next we got to our next station which was the cookie face. This seemed like a fun game. Instructing this game was Mrs Flavel , she told us what to do with the cookie. “ First Five up ” said Mrs flavel we moved up we had to lean your foreheads back and place the cookie on our forehead and try and get it into your mouth. I wasn't so good at this game, I was the first one to drop my cookie. Once we got through everyone , we did are group vs group such the whole of a vs the whole of b. once everyone finished , Mrs flavel let us eat the cookies. Then once again we had to move to the next station.

When we arrived to the pea pipe we didn't have a clue why it was called pea pipe. But then when Miss Misela and Miss Hockly showed us we knew why it was called that name. Because you had to get a straw and then you have to suck up the pea so it will stay at the tip of the straw and then you have to walk without dropping the peas, walk and put the peas into a bowl. The group with most pea’s win points for their team.

Then they have announced the winners for the pea pipe game and unfortunately it was my group. The sad news was we didn't have enough time to go to the next station so we packed up and went back to class.

Addition Triangle!

This task was given to us are long time ago i cant remember so i did it . What you have to is in each box it all has to add up to ' 12.456 ' but the hard bit is there are more boxes and then you will have to split up the number 5 times the maximum.

Technology Good or Bad.

In the war, Mr Burt ( Principal ) walked into the our learning area to talk to us. He said that his grandfather was living when the first world war one was about to begin. He was one of the first boys to have a bicycle's.

The English side keep talking about how good there ships were and how they will blow up the Germans. But then the Germans looked at the news and made their ship. Then every time the English had made an awesome gun or tank it was always appeared in the newspaper and the Germans found out , and the Germans copyed what the English had made but much better.

Anzac Memorial.

Every year on the 25th of April,  we celebrate the soldiers that went to war. Thinking about the soldiers that have sacrificed their lives for us. It is also known as ‘ANZAC Day’. But this years Anzac day is more special than all of the pass Anzac days we have been Celebrating.

Because on 2015 is the 100th anniversary of the First World War One. There will be a big stone called cenotaph at the Auckland museum which has all of the soldiers that went to war and fought for our country.

When I sat down thinking about all of the soldiers names on their crosses.

It was emotional to see how much soldiers lives have been sacrificed on the field with white crosses. Its a travesty to see your dad or a friend to die in a battle.

Its very hard to hear that one of your family members had past their lives at war. Especially the kids that a living without a father or a mother, that's a  bit devastating living without a husband. It might have been peaceful in the homes that have lost lives because kids will be depressing.
