How to prevent yourself from getting sick.

I will be explaining how to prevent yourself from getting sick. I will be explaining the importance of healthy food, being clean and being warm and dry. This means staying in bed under blankets and wearing warm clothing. If you do that you're body will be normal and  you will be hydrated such as drinking hot coffee or hot stuff too calm down you're body.

One of the easiest ways of staying healthy is eating a balanced range of food. This means eating from the 5 food groups with a focus on fruits and vegetables. If you do that then your body will receive all the nutrients it needs to be in the best condition to fight off invading germs.

Group one :To avoid yourself from getting sick is not share food and drinks with other people. This means don’t eat after someones taken a bite from a sandwich. It can spread germs into you body and make you sick. Don’t drink someone else’s beverage after they've sipped it. Especially if they've sipped it from a straw. Don’t lick,bite or sip from anyone's food or beverage. If you want to prevent yourself from doing this then you will be able to stop yourself from getting sick and spreading bacteria. If you’re smart enough, tear out the part where they've bitten.

Another way for preventing yourself from becoming sick If you kiss or Hug  sick people you never know happen because you are just putting sickness into your body and you're body won't help it then you might even come up with a massive sickness. Hugging sick people maybe give you a ticket to the hospital and you might.

So now you know how to prevent yourself from getting sick , main ideas are staying warm and also don't touch public objects such as currency because you don't no how many people have touched this object.
