My Echo Location Explanation

For writing we are studying echolocation for our topic. Did you know that different kind of animals that use echolocation like whales, bats, porpoises, and rats These kind of animals you echolocation to lead them through the dark and to hunt food.

Bats or other similar species create echolocation by moving across their vocal cords similar to when people speak or have conversations and yell. Its is also when they use sound that comes out of their nose. The sound that bats make a very high pitch.

The echo starts from your voice box then travels through your vocal cords. The reason some animals and species have echolocation is because they have very big ears and very poor eyesight.

Animals use their ears to communicate with other animals with the same breed as them. Also species like porpoises and dolphins use echolocation to hunt or search for food like fish or a kind of crawling insects.
Imagine if animals did not have echolocation, they would be regular animals if they didn't have echolocation they would have a long living life but now have echolocation they will only have a short life.
